GENERAL LABOR RATES

Rates do not include software, computer parts if needed for request, nor the service call if applicable.

General: By service request/appointment................................................$30 per hr

This applies to services rendered which are not covered by a flat-fee rate below.

Afterhours: After 3pm Saturday, All Sundays, & Federal holidays...............................$45 first hr, $15 per additional hr

This only applies if in order to have your computer completed by your desired deadline, work needs to be done during afterhours.

*One (1) hour max. of free diagnostic service when machine is serviced at my location.

$70 per desktop

$90 per laptop

($140 Special if one of each in same service request)

COMPUTER TRAINING & TUTORING

Having a moderate level of computer/software knoweldge can make your time much more productive. Curriculum is included and flexible scheduling is available. Client/instructor ratio is 3:1 max.

Computer 101: Manage, Maintain, & Modify.......$15 ea course

This is a 3-part, hands-on course. Can be paid-per-session; 1hr 15 mins ea. A service call fee of $15 covers three round trips.

Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, Word.....$25 ea

These are pay-per-sessions each 1.5 hours and are customized to you; you will not pay to learn something you already know how to do. A service call fee of $10 covers two round trips.

$140 For a domain/Active Directory network, configuring other perpherals such as printers included

Each service call charge applies E-CompuTech to make two round trips to your location.
